About @icons
@icons is a free MIT-licensed set of custom node icons for the Godot engine editor, made by Valentin Fossati. The icons use a 16px grid and solid fills to match the look of Godot’s own editor icons, with color variants per node type, so custom nodes in your scene tree look native instead of generic. Assign one in GDScript with the @icon annotation and a res:// path, or with the Icon attribute in C#. The set leans into game content: swords, battle axes, dragons, armor, chess pieces, gamepads, skulls, rockets and scoreboards, plus editor concepts like node graphs, mesh polygons and moving platforms. It is distributed through GitHub releases, itch.io and the Godot Asset Library, and the SVGs are optimized for small file size. There is no npm package; download or copy SVGs from this page. Search all @icons here, copy SVG or download PNG. Compared with Game Icons, @icons is far smaller but sized and styled for an editor tree rather than illustrations. Ideal for Godot plugins and addons, game UI prototypes, level editors and modding tools.
